Who should use Online Coaching?
Online coaching is available for someone who has experience exercising on their own. Online coaching is for someone who has been stuck in the same routine for a while and would like to attack their goals in a new way. It is a cheaper, effective approach to increasing both knowledge and skill in any athletic activity.
What is Included in Online Coaching?
Online Coaching packages include a week by week exercise program that is specific to the goals, experience, and equipment available to you. The program lasts 12 weeks. At the beginning of each week, you will receive an email which includes the workout program for the upcoming week. I will be available to answer questions, and point you in the right direction regarding technique throughout the week. At the end of each week, we will go over the exercises and ideally, you will be able to submit a video of a set from each workout for us to go over.
