1 on 1 sessions

Option 1

In this option, a trainer will work one on one with a client for a given number of private sessions per week based on client goals and availability. Each workout is designed specifically for you based on your individual goals and needs. If you are considering partner workouts, group classes, or programming only, we highly recommend a block of solo sessions to get you on track for success. 

Partner Workouts

Option 2

There are many benefits to working out with a partner. It’s useful to learn how to exercise with someone, it makes things more cost efficient, and it’s fun! In this option, a trainer will work with you and your workout partner, who might be a spouse, a friend, or a family member.

Group Training

Option 3

These sessions are available to groups of 3-6 clients and are generally geared toward the goals of the individuals in the group. If you would like to participate in a group session but don’t have enough people to join you, please get in touch with us to see if any current group classes have availability.


Option 4

If you are currently an athlete or avid gym-goer and want to take your strength or fitness program to the next level without the cost of individual sessions, contact us about customized program design. We can design a tailored program to help you excel at your current gym or home gym.
